End customers and business partners expect you to be constantly available – preferably round the clock. However, you can’t (or don’t want to) offer this service with your own staff? In that case we will be pleased to help!
We receive your phone calls, document them carefully, forward them, arrange for return calls or handle the call closing the case.
We work when and how you want:
- Answering all or only spill-over calls
- Answering calls during or outside of your service hours or round the clock
Our staff members possess great competence and many years of experience in handling inbound hotlines dealing with service and product issues covering the entire health sector.
On this basis, we are able to accept and process questions and offer counselling on nearly any issue in the health and medical technology sector.
Depending on what we have agreed on and the processes you have stipulated, our staff will answer queries on the basis of an existing list of FAQs or by accessing the customer’s IT systems.
